FLAT PANEL INSPECTION X-Y MOTORIZED STAGE
Flat panel inspection just got easier with the introduction of Semprex's new RK350 Motor Stage. This stage provides a large 350 x 300 mm travel and can be used in transmitted and reflected light modes. The stage is designed around an innovative concept known as a Rigid-Kore available only from Semprex. This design creates an exceptionally stable, durable, and accurate stage, yet the mounting cross-section is so thin that it can be mounted on some of the most popular compound microscopes in the industry.
